How to choose
Choose Protein 32% Zero for a peanut-butter-flavour bar with crispies. Look at Wafer Yogurt if you prefer a yogurt-flavour wafer without sweeteners. Compare both the nutrition per 100 g and the actual portion; pack sizes alone do not make a fair nutritional comparison.
Check allergens before flavour. Protein 32% contains milk and soy and may contain eggs, nuts, peanuts and lupin. Wafer Yogurt contains milk, wheat and soy and may contain hazelnuts and almonds. Formulas can change: check the pack.
